Requires any of the roles:	Client, Admin, Partner

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/scadmeta/tables/{TablesId}/columns	Gets table columns

**GetTableColumnsRequest** Parameters:

ViewId	query	int?	No	View id
RefreshCache	query	bool	No	Whether or not to refresh the cache
